"At the start of a first-floor bathroom upgrade project, we discovered multiple plumbing leaks in the ceiling under the second floor bathroom.  In addition, we needed first floor drains moved and water supplies replaced.  As an add-on, we wanted the sump pump discharge lines reworked in hopes of reducing the extremely loud noise it makes when in operation.  The estimator for all this was prompt, had the best price of two companies, and was responsive to changes in scope of work that we made.  What I particularly liked: they found solutions that saved us money, solved the problems, and even gave us more space in the bathroom closet.  The workmen were professional, consulted us when they found options during the work, and were very tidy and careful to not create more wall/ceiling repair work than was absolutely needed.  Results are better than I expected.

I called them back to handle the next step in the bathroom remodel.  They scheduled the work in the 2-hour time slot that I had, finished the work quickly (move and replace two drains), and took care of two small issues that I didn't think of.  Very happy with them."
