Specializing in custom builds and designs. Most of the jobs are specifically done by me to insure the best quality from start to finish. When I need help, or If a job is too big and needs to be done in a timely fashion. I call a great selection of sub-contractors who I have known over the years and who are greatly qualified to do the job at hand. Small jobs require payment at the end of the job, and longer ones is usually divided into 3rds. Materials required for the job will have a 15% mark-up for handling. There is a minimum charge fee on smaller jobs or services.

"Dylan did 2 roofing jobs for me. The first he did an excellent job. I hired him for a second job to replace roofs on 5 homestead cabins. He pulled off the old roofs, put down new underlayment and never came back I paid him 2 installments as per our contract but not the last third which was due on job completion He has not returned to put the shingles on the roofs. I have tried to contact him, left numerous voice mails , emails, and text messages. No response We had an excellent relationship and I do not understand why he has not responded or shown up to finish the job. I am extremely disappointed as we are approaching winter with my cabins exposed. "
