Sub contracting to both GC's, developers, and home owners. Jobs are bid on and once numbers look good a 50% deposite is required to start work and the other 50% is on pick up or delivery which ever applies.

I subcontract tile installation. The customer will provide the materials or 50% of the cost upfront. I will accept cash or check as payment after the work is done.
