"An excellent service. I called late Friday for a washing machine repair. I spoke with Sharon Monday morning to arrange for an appointment that day. Sharon and Keith, rearranged their scheduled to meet me. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. They kept me apprised of the possible problems as to what would be repairable and what would be financially not feasible. They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
