Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project. "We had a leak in a pipe from our kitchen sink to the basement. The plumber had to cut a hole in the plaster ceiling about 12 x 12" and then cut the pipe where it was leaking and replaced it with plastic pipe. It took about 2 hours total. We were charged a little over $1200. We were in a hurry to get it done, but we feel the price was very expensive. He solved the problem well, but wish we would have had the time to shop around."

Second, Robbie Taylor, the plumber/technician, was personable, polite, professional, as well as very knowledgeable! I have some additional work coming up and will be sure to hire them again!
