By the end of the day they had removed carpeting and baseboards and set up dehumidifiers and air movers. Within three days everything was dry including the drywall! Then the vacuumed the entire basement. The lead fellow Carlos was informative, hard working and empathetic. The supervisor Jason maintained contact with us throughout this time and would send encouraging text messages. We did not have flood insurance so they worked to keep costs low.
