For example, last week we had a lengthy power outage, and (through no fault whatsoever of Don’s Electric) the engine in our back-up generator died, requiring replacement. With no replacement engine immediately available, Don's Electric was quick to the rescue; within a few hours, the Gabbards had installed a portable generator for use during the balance of the outage. "Jeff responded as quick as I submitted my request for a quote to fix the problem in the house. There was no power in the kitchen. Jeff arrived very quickly and found that all of the outlets were bad and at risk of becoming a fire. He replaced every outlet and switches. He was very professional and even took time to explain to my nephew what he was doing and how to take care of them in the future. I totally appreciate all he did and highly recommend him if you have electrical issues."

"Had them over to fix a faulty circuit. The service man "Sam" was on time to the minute and found the problem within a half hour. Fixed the problem, advised me on what caused it, and gave a general inspection of the electrical. He wasn't just a service person but an asset. Would recommend this company."
