They came out to look and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and candor. The first rep did not try to pressure sell me and even expressed skepticism that they could fix the problem. He called in other resources from the company to inspect it and offer their assessments. After careful examination and consultation with each other they determined that sealing the wall from the inside was feasible. "Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "We had an attached screened-in porch that was sinking.Acculevel came in and detailed every aspect of the repair project and then followed thru to the most minuet detail. Excellent work and very detail oriented. Friendly and cooperative service team that completed the work. "Dave, quickly found the leak and repaired it. His pricing is fair, and he was very timely, showing up the day after I called him. I'm still waiting for the next rain to make sure this took care of the issue but based on the obviousness of the crack and the robustness of the repair, I believe I will be dry. Foundation cracks happen , especially in older homes. Should one sprout up again, I would not hesitate to contact the Crack Team."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed.
