Probably not a big enough job for Four Seasons and they hired a contractor - HIRED CONTRACTORS at THEIR BEST I guess. The BEST news is they didnt charge me, but my snow guards look like they were glued on by a 5 year old and it cannot be undone without damaging my roof."

"Since our chimney is over 40 feet tall, I was concerned when it started to leak. we only use the fireplace a few times a year, but when we do, it's nice not to have to worry about it. 
When the contractor arrived to give the estimate, he showed a confidence which was not only justified by his skill and knowledge but comforting to me.  He also seemed to be genuinely interested in getting the problem fixed. 
I was told that if there was any work that needed to be done that he could not see before tearing down, he would not charge more.  As it turned out the repairs were exactly as predicted.
The workmen showed up on time and set up a scaffolding around the chimney.. It was fascinating to watch, and they answered all my questions.
They got right on putting up the scaffolding, and the work proceeded quickly and efficiently.
They were also pleasant and assured me that they wanted me to be perfectly happy.
Now that the work is done, the chimney looks great, and won't leak anymore. I could not be happier..
The chimney had been one of those things that I had been trying not to think about for a long time because I was concerned about how much fixing it might cost. It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny to not have the worry anymore.
I recommend this contractor and his crew highly.  Drive by my house and take a look.. I'm kinda proud :-)
