"It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. "Will has always been prompt to come and complete the job. He has worked on my refrigerator several times and I have always been pleased with his care for my appliances and the surrounding areas. It is a tight squeeze to get to the back of the refrigerator but he never complained and paused to let me vacuum the dust!!"
