"Went above and beyond, installed new fixtures and updated some of my pipes. I couldn't have asked for a job to go any smoother."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"A young man by the name of Colton Moyer helped me fix a leak in my pipe by replacing a wax ring on my toilet. I was very pleased with the service he provided. He got back to me in a timely matter and gave me a fair price. I will definitely recommend him to a friend! Bonus: He likes dogs!"

"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"They tore everything out to the studs; then installed new greenboard, plumbing, acrylic tub and walls."

"We have 3 year old Fujitsu Mini Split AC units that have leaked coolant from day one. Two other Fujitsu could not find the problem but UGI took the time to try a few tests and found the issue."

"Kenny provided good work at a good value. He was courteous and respectful. He has offered to answer any question we have or touch up anything we find. We will look to use Kenny again on other bathrooms in our house."

"Amazing! Job was done in a timely and professional matter. Exceeded expectations."

"Taran was very professional, did an excellent job, had fair pricing, and only did fixes what was needed. He is the only plumber who asked for pictures so he could see what he was dealing with. We were extremely pleased and impressed by the turnaround time and response to our request. TWR Plumbing provides outstanding service."

"We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.
