They were right on time. We had several contractors come before and they said “we cannot doing anything”, “shop vac the drain”. They are quiet. "I purchased two room designs from Jill for the purpose of redoing my living room and kitchen because we would be removing the wall that separates the two rooms. I sent her the plans for my entire house including electrical, images of the rooms, a list of wishes, and several pages of mood boards so she could get a feel for what we wanted to do.
She had no problem with the living room but wanted extra for the kitchen. Most designers charge extra for kitchens and bathrooms so even though that exclusion was not on the offer I purchased in July 2011  (it is noted on her offers now) , I figured it was fair if it was a little bit more. It ended up being a lot more then what I was willing to pay for an e-design. We both agreed that the best course would be to start the refund process.
