"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Very professional and honest, work completed in a very timely manner. Did not try selling us things we did not need. Informed us on the different type of units and what each unit would do for us and let us make the choice we felt would be right for our home. After having lived in our home for 6 years and having issue every summer and winter with the unit we had not heating or cooling our home and a pg&e bill upwards of $600 in the summertime it is amazing to have a cool/warm house and a bill that is quite manageable. Thank you again for the wonderful job!!!"
