"We arrived at the home we want to buy 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time and Keith was already set up with his ladders and on the roof inspecting the fascia boards, shingles, and chimney. He had contacted our realtor who was running a few minutes late, and so he had already arrived sufficiently early to check around the accessible parts of the outside of the home.
