"Had the company remove existing vinyl flooring and fiberglass shower to put down tile in 3 rooms and tile the shower. The crew was always prompt and professional, and when it comes to just the tile the work was good. There were issues though: the finish quality was not there (base moulding left off the wall, shoe moulding improperly installed, moulding caulked with grout color-matched, sanded grout), one of the floor vents was tiled over (though they did cut a hole when my wife noticed this after the fact), and edge reducers between the tile and the adjoining carpeted surfaces were never installed."
