"I needed my floors done They needed to be ripped out and replaced new ones Jonathan did wonderful work for me. My walls needed to be painted also and he got that done for me too. I said to him that I needed my house fixed up before the holidays and he was a man to his word and he got it done. I will definitely hire him again if I needed anything else done to my house the price he gave me was very negotiable. I will hired him again."

"My husband and I were finally ready to take the step of building a garage but didn’t know who to use so submitted a request. Within minutes Scott called to schedule an appointment with us. He came to our home and made sure to have a full understanding of our vision and answered all the questions we had. To our surprise he presented pricing to us in that first visit! We agreed to move forward and within weeks the crew broke ground and began the build, Scott was readily available to assist in anything we needed through the entire process. We still find ourselves shocked at the quality of work performed and in such a timely manner. We love having a safe place for our cars and some storage and would highly recommend Americas Best!"

"In general, everything went well - until I discovered a leak from one of the newly installed valves. It was replaced the same day I called, but was told it had not been installed properly the first time. Still, they made it right, but it was an inconvenience to have to work around their schedule a second time."

"I have always enjoyed working with Americrawl. Theprice of the sump pump installation was much more reasonable than other quotes I received. When I called about waterproofing the rep told me some things were not necessary and gave me the package that worked best with my home. The installers were very nice and great to work with. <br />"

"I was concerned about having Seamless or anyone doing the foundation repair as the damage had existed for many years and involved the main support.  The project manager invited us to meet at another home currently having a similar repair to assure us that the team was capable of completing the repairs. <br /> All in all, we have been very pleased with the work done.  John, the project manager went out of his way to ensure my mother would be comfortable as each phase of the job was completed.   Each phase of the contract was well supervised and the quality of the work was very good.  <br /> We had a problem with the plumbing a couple of months after the repairs were completed.  Seamless came out that evening after 7:00 P.M. to correct the problem.  <br /> We highly recommend Seamless Restoration. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Madison, IN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
