"Bobby came and fixed my garage door but the frequency was messed up and my door was picking up other remotes in the area. Bobby came several times and tried different things to get it fixed. Always very professional and worked in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service. "

"There was a defect in the new chandelier and it had to be replaced.  I also knew that the lights in the microwave needed to be replaced. However, the microwave bulbs broke as they were removed.  They were old and wouldn't come out of the sockets.  The under-cabinet lighting is great and I don't miss the microwave lights. <br /> I was very pleased with the entire experience. <br /> I am happy that the new fixtures give me great lighting and some options for soft or full light. <br />"

"Prompt service, best estimate out of 3 contractors.  Creative and cost effective solutions to repairs on pillars.  Very kind and helpful not only to us but our neighbors as well.  He noticed my elderly neighbor trying to trim a branch and he walked over to do it for her.  She could not thank him enough.  He did not expect anything in return for that good deed."

FAQs for garage door installation and replacement projects in Madison, MS

Yes, you can replace just one panel if your door is sectional and the damaged panel is available. Most modern residential garage doors have four to six horizontal panels that can be individually replaced. However, finding an exact match becomes challenging for older doors or discontinued styles. For doors over 15 to 20 years old or with multiple damaged panels, a complete door replacement might be more practical and visually consistent.

Minor dents or cosmetic damage can often be repaired without replacing the entire panel, potentially saving you money. However, if the damage affects the door's operation, security, or structural integrity, replacement is often a better investment.

For extensive damage to multiple panels or older doors where matching is difficult, full door replacement might be more economical in the long run than multiple individual panel replacements.

Your garage door panel might be repairable if the damage is superficial and doesn't affect functionality. Small dents in aluminum panels, minor scratches, or cosmetic issues often don't require full replacement. However, replacement is often necessary if the panel is warped, has large holes, shows extensive rust, or affects how the door operates. A professional garage door technician can evaluate the damage and recommend whether repair or replacement offers the best value and durability.
