He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. "I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. "Brandon and Crew (2) were very hard working tackling this huge project. Digging to the foundation, redoing drain tile, sealing and coring walls was all done with quality materials. Brandon explained the process clearly as it progressed. Kept me informed on each day's plan. The clay was rock hard, and much of the job had to be hand dug, but the guys were amazing getting through it. This work is messy and can be brutal on the landscape, but Hart left my place looking better than it started. I made a special request that they save seven, 8 ft tall Burning Bushes and replant. Brandon was very accommodating in staging them elsewhere on the property during the 2 weeks of waterproofing, and then prepping their return to the area. Landscaping was completed with attractive River Rock. We are dry, and the landscaping looks fantastic !!! Great Job !!! (with Lifetime Warranty)"
