"This company is the epitome of professionalism. Steve worked with me to provide a plan to store my belongings and have a dumpster for waste articles. That took more creative thinking and research due the amount of things being salvaged, the needed space for the dumpster and the need to park two cars in the drive. He provided the estimate that was an excellent value and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His team arrived promptly on the day scheduled, had the necessary PPE and a positive friendly “can do” attitude. They confirmed the expectation set by Steve as to how the work would be completed and made sure I understood and was in agreement. They removed everything (either for storage or the dumpster,) sealed off the living space and remediated the mold that also included cutting out parts of the dry wall. The “put back” team was as professional as the “take out” team. They arrived as expected, set the expectation and made quick work of returning the items. What cannot be captured in this review is the personal care that Joshua and team provided to help me discard items that were still good, but should have been disposed of years ago. We laughed a lot about why I would want to keep an unopened wired computer headset that was good for Windows 3 circa 1990! Prior to the “put back” team’s arrival, Steve came and tested the area to confirm the mold was gone and it was safe to inhabit. The team came and put things where I wanted and made sure I had room to walk in the laundry room because most stuff went in there because the flooring for the rec room had not been completed. Thank you Steve and Josh and crew."

He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain all of his findings to me along with suggestions for bringing things up to code/correcting problems. He also let me know what findings were problematic versus common. He has an easy manner and was receptive to my questions. He found high radon levels, carpenter bees and several safety/health issues with the house. While we only used a few of these for further negotiations, it give me peace of mind to know we can fix the remainder of the problems ourselves because we know about them.
