Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. Because I have a large house and a large tub, the original configuration was a 40 gallon heater and a 50 gallon storage tank.  I had the storage tank removed when it began to leak a few years ago.

Brian quoted me a high efficiency tank heater (with a storage tank) and a tankless model.  I've been considering a tankless heater for a long time but when I did the math, I decided a tankless was probably my best option.  Brian and Bill installed it a few days later and explained how to maintain it. 
There doesn't seem to be any less water pressure but the supply of hot water never ends!  I highly recommend this company and the tankless option.
