"Excellent company! Honest, prompt and professional. Explained to me how the repair I needed might be available through whirlpool for free. Called whirlpool and they are fixing it for free tomorrow! Don’t know if all appliance repair companies would be this honest or just end up charging me for a repair that could have been covered by the manufacturer. Very impressed with the integrity of this company!"

"Jeremy is awesome. Solved the problem right away with my high tech computerized stove. Louis did a great job cleaning my refrigerator could. Both technicians were very tidy and cleaned my appliances after services were performed. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance for all my appliance repairs."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
