"I  was very pleased w/ service. We have owned the house for only a month and this is my first experience w/a heat pump. Mike was delayed w/other job but called to inform me and then called when he was on his way...no big problem. He was pleasant, professional and informative. His work included a very thorough inspection and cleaning of the heat pump system, coils, ducts ( he found two dead mice in the coils...no wonder there had been an odor when I tested the system last week) He completely cleaned the outside unit and found a  worn capacitor that will be replaced.
