"We had a failed Moen shower lever that would not shut off the flow of water to the tub/shower area. It was 6 PM and these folks got right on it and put me on the list for the next repair team to come to our home. They installed two shutoff valves to isolate the problem area and then came back the next day with the replacement Moen part to fix the bad part. Very nice technicians who knew their job very well and who went right to work to diagnose and fix the problem. Very impressive."

Not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, the house had some significant structural damage. "It went great. I was told the wiring was not grounded when I purchased the house. Inspection showed otherwise. Because the house has some knob and tube wiring those lines were checked. I also had the cover removed from the panel box and the connections checked. I asked for and received an estimate to have a 200 amp panel box installed. The estimate was fair and I plan to have the new box installed in the spring. I will seek other estimates but plan to use Respro based on my experience. Very thorough and professional.
