Josh could have very easily exploited our ignorance and suggested a solution purely beneficial to his company that may not have addressed the underlying cause of the problem. Instead, he demonstrated his integrity by realistically assessing the situation even if it would jeopardize the sale. This is commendable particularly in this era where cutthroat business practices are commonplace. I highly recommend Basement Gurus. Tate came out to see the space early the next morning to accommodate me since I was leaving for vacation that morning. He even gave me his cell phone #. "I really couldn’t be any less satisfied with my experience with B & E Roofing. My roof began leaking in 2018 and I gave the job to B & E. Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak). Unbelievable."

During demo he found issues that the builder did with our 40+ year old townhouse and corrected them. The drywall and painting was amazing. His attention to detail and recommendations were spot on. The tile work...absolutely jaw dropping. He is so professional and punctual. There was not a day where he did not stay past 5 which was fine by us. We are absolutely satisfied with his work."
