"I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave and Affinity is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider."

"These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "

"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. "I just had David install a Rinnai tankless water heater and could not be more pleased. I had two other contractors give me bids, one stated he would have to do considerably more than what David had told me and attempted to sell me another tankless heater that wasn’t as good a day an install and purchase price about $500 more. The second contractor told me to get a standard water heater since everyone he talked with that got a tankless wanted to yank it out after a month since none of tankless heaters did what they said. In other words they didn’t know how to install this “Cadillac of tankless heaters”. David was very professional and installed the Rinnai in a few hours. "I was out of town so the work was scoped and performed with authorization over the phone. The original request was to replace the faucet with a new one I purchased from Home Depot. When the plumbers arrived, they quoted $550 to install the new faucet set. This was way too high so I asked if they could simply replace the Moen cartridge and ensure no leaks. They said yes and would call me back with details. They called back and said it would be $226 to replace the cartridge. I knew the part was $22 from Home Depot so I asked why it would be so high. They began listing charges such as "service call fee (their shop is only 4 miles away)", "labor" "water shutoff fee" and "parts". I have never heard of a plumber charging "water shutoff" fee. I mean they are plumbers, that is what they do. That is like a truck driver charging a "steering fee". As I was out of town and we needed the shower operational, I authorized the repairs. I do not think that a repair should be nine-times the cost of the part. I do not believe I will be using Heaton again.

"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"
