"I just had David install a Rinnai tankless water heater and could not be more pleased. I had two other contractors give me bids, one stated he would have to do considerably more than what David had told me and attempted to sell me another tankless heater that wasn’t as good a day an install and purchase price about $500 more. "Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door.
