"Everything went well...from the time David came out to give the estimate, to working with Jennifer on getting things setup and a completed quote. To the guys and David coming out to actually install the heater. Was very impressed with Jennifer as well on how she knew our situation and worked with us to get things approved and installed. Would definitely use the guys again. The knew what they were doing and what would work for us and so far so good. Very professional!!!"

"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. If you need water heater replacement call Jim at Water Heater Pros!!!"

"I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider."

"Went out of their way to get the right water heater for my job work was very neat and completed on time. Price was very competitive. Overall was a very good experience. I will hire again for all plumbing needs."

"Service was very good. They were on time and very professional installation."

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

"Water heater issues began back in December on a Sunday. Warren’s reached out then with suggestions and guidance to resolve on my own. After limping for months, had them replace. Outstanding customer service. Made special effort to maintain the cleanliness of the work site (tarps on floors, etc.), worked quietly, efficiently, and very professionally. Very impressed with Warren’s. Will contact first on next plumbing project."

"Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

"Plumber was able to quickly find the leak, fix it, perform preventative maintenance, and create an access panel in one visit. Friendly and professional."
