One of the people quoting had only had eight months experience; Vincent, on the other hand other hand has 30 years experience. He kept me up with the scheduled install and showed up exactly on time. He had an assistant who it was clear they had worked together and did so well. No time was wasted and they took into consideration any questions I had in the process. In six hours they had both doors fully replaced; all trash removed and 50 year old doors removed and new ones installed and operating beautifully. "

Problems- a) they said over the phone that the technician would have the parts and he didn’t so he had to come back the next day, and we waited all morning and half of the afternoon for him to arrive. B) I thought $800 was a ridiculous amount for a door spring. We will never use this company again. C). Eventually, he got the door to work by modifying the wrong spring instead of using the correct spring. All in all, a poor experience."
