"After talking to a few other contractors, we decided to hire Kodiak to gut and remodel our kitchen. Working with Mike, Jared, and Ryan couldn't have been a better experience for this generally confused and anxious home owner who'd never hired out for something like this before. Mike was great on the business side, and stuck to what he said, and was very direct and upfront about what was and wasn't feasible, and he and Rob from Cabinet Land put together a great looking floor plan that works much better for us. Jared and Ryan were on time every day, bright eyed, bushy tailed, and ready to go without complaint or excuse. They were very easy to discuss the project with, and were quick to ask questions instead of assuming. They were also very gracious in letting me; the curious, interested, and probably at times obnoxious homeowner be curious, interested, and at times, probably obnoxious. Jared also installed ridge vents in my attic, and a new back storm door. All that being said, I couldn't be happier with Kodiak and their work, and will definitely hire them for future projects."

"It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. The crew completely cleaned up everything and they were in and out in an afternoon. I called them and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate and he was out three days later to fix the roof. "They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. "It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. I let them put out one of their signs in my yard for a month, even though I'd leave it out longer if they wanted. Spectacular service!"

"Dan’s crew of six were at my home bright and early this morning, worked steadily, completed my small home in one day, and my roof looks great! Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns.
