"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"LJ R&R created a fabulous trex decking oasis for our home! Professional, courteous and dependable! 5 star for sure!"

"We had a great experience with this company repairing our deck. They were professional, quick, and efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. The finished result looks fantastic. We highly recommend them to anyone needing deck repairs or outdoor work!"

"Yuri and his crew were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable as well as helpful with our Deck design. Everything discussed was completed in a timely manner. They went above our expectations we will use them again for future projects. We Highly recommend them for service. Price was very reasonable."

"Mitchell is a seasoned professional. I hired him to build a 16x16 freestanding building on top of my paver patio. His attention to detail, perfection, honesty, accountability, transparency, ontime record are just a couple qualities he possess. My wife and I were so grateful for his work and we look to hire him in the future for other outdoor construction projects. He is dedicated to his timelines and will do anything to make sure it fit within our timeline. Thanks Mitchell!"

"Fantastic job and done within the time frame that i needed it done in, the crew worked in very bad weather conditions to get me done and its very much appreciated considering my time crunch !!!"

"Replace the deck and it still isn't completed."

"We cannot say enough great things about Tristate Complete Home Repair! We just finished up a partial renovation of the interior of our Hoosier Homestead farmhouse, and Tristate did a fabulous job! The house had spent decades under the care of our aging parents, so it needed a lot of careful attention to update nearly everything without compromising the unique historical beauty of the house. Owner Tim of Tristate brought decades of renovation experience to our project, leading a crew of workers representing all the trades. This meant fewer delays and mistakes on our project. No regrets here. We look forward to future work from Tristate!"

"Rick was the most responsive contractor we have ever dealt with. He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. We highly recommend River City Remodeling and would definitely use them again in the future."

"I had a good experience. Great customer service. Very reasonable pricing. Only recommendation is that they should clean up a little better afterwards. Of course I will admit I m referring to popcorn ceiling removal."
