"BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! Our Condo HAO has used this company for the last 3-4 months until a couple days ago. They were recommended by our recently hired property manager who told us the owner, Ian, was someone she used frequently. Little did we know what we were in store for. Here are just a few highlights: 1. We have been unable to get a price for him to repair the system. At this point he has charged us somewhere around 10,000.00 and will not tell us how much more it will cost but says he needs at least another 10,000 and will then look at it to see what else it will need for a later price. He gets angry when you speak with him and ask about a price. 2. TWO BOD members met with him (myself included) over pricing concerns and asked for a final number. He told us at that time probably around 2,500.00 - 3,000.00 but has now said he never said that and is back at the additional 10,000.00 plus a reevaluation after that for another price. He gets angry whenever you question what work is going to be done for his prices. 3. The HOA assigned another manager who deals with vendors regularly to speak with him and he went BALLISTIC swearing and trying to intimidate her for even questioning him about what work he said still needed to be done. This guy (Ian) is a piece of work and ended up YELLING over and over saying things like, "GOD DAMMIT!! , GOD ALMIGHTY!!! , JESUS CHRIST WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU!!!, OH MY GOD AREN'T YOU LISTENING!! CHRIST ALMIGHTY ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! and other choice words and phrases and then hanging up after telling us we lived in a dump and he should have known better than to get involved with our HOA when he drove in the first time. After working in a jail for 30-years I would say this guy exhibits the same hostile behavior I have witnessed many times in my career with people that have EXTREME temper issues and are usually placed in special confinement separated from other inmates for obvious reasons. "I first heard of this company when I was at Home Depot buying my home appliances and a guy came insisting on a Black Friday Deal “AC Tune up for only $8.88” if I could just think about how **** of a trickster this was …Never allowing this people come back inside my property again, totally scammers who will make your AC system fail, I’ve had COOL MODE WORKING PERFECTLY and my AC was giving me problems to Heating the house …inspector Ricardo who came and despite looking a good friendly person, he never finished the job on my AC pump upstairs due to “the NEST thermostat was in and out of fan”, tried charging me $380 just to do the thermostat installation, I refused and I did it myself, then there a fuse blown and he again told me it would cost $170 to simply change a “$8 fuse”!!! I refused again and as it wasnt enough now after I fixed the Fuse and Thermostat, just to find out they cut cooling system purposefully in the attempt to charge me for REPAIR, the AC fan is running and Thermostat is on Cooling mode but temperatures are reaching from 77F-85F leaving my family including my poor old grandmother suffering in the hot temperatures this entire time… THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF NO MERCY!!! DONT EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS."

"We highly recommend IRRIGATION BY LARRY OWENS, 407-886-6370. He is the best irrigation specialist that has worked on our system. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a very thorough inspection. He noted our low water pressure and suggested that we try the least expensive of several options first. He is extremely knowledgeable and kindly explained what changes need to be made. His charges were very reasonable. When he finished, every sprinkler was working more efficiently. The water coverage was much more even over the entire yard. Peggy, who handles the scheduling, was so accommodating in fitting us into his busy schedule at a time that was perfect for us. We will be calling Larry on a regular basis. We wish all businesses were run like his family-owned business."

"It went very well! This is the second major maintenance on our well system we've had done by Clear Water. This time, the retention tank developed some pinhole leaks due to age and corrosion and we needed a replacement. The old tank was over ten years old. I called Judy and she was able to identify the tank model from the information I gave her and had a crew on site with a new tank installed the following day. The professionalism of the two technicians who did the installation was impressive, and the quality of their work was superb. In the picture, the new retention tank is the tall blue one in the middle. The white tank on the left (the pressure tank) was replaced by Clear Water two years ago after the bladder ruptured. They did a great job on that as well, and they also replaced and serviced our softener system control heads a while back. Solid, dependable, quality work all around."
