"The telephone quote quote was $125 for the first hour + parts. I provided the parts. On Thurs., the job took appprox. 15 min. to stop a long running toilet tank. With extra time left on the quote, I asked the technician to take a look at a bathroom faucet issue with carbonated fizz-looking water during the first few seconds. I was told that I could get SOMEONE to follow certain steps to remove a type of filter from the faucet, and where to take it to for a replacement part and reassemble it (!). I had one other issue with that same toilet. I called first thing Sat. am. A voicemail announced that "no one is available to take " the call, call back another time. I did not realize that SPR Plumbing does not answer the phone or do weekend calls."

We had never has the ducts cleaned since we bought the house in 2005. Angie's List was running a special for $69.00 so we thought it was a good idea to have them done since we did not know if they had ever been done. Our house was built in 1981 so we didn't know how bad it old be. Turns out there was just medium dust up there so not to bad and I'm glad I had it done.
