"The line connecting my washing machine and kitchen to the main line was blocked; with water back up in the sink and washing machine. After an unsuccessful attempt to snake the line from the outside access, it was suggested by another that the clog couldnâ t be cleared, pipe was â done,â and the solution was to reroute the pipe for about 12 K! There were no added charges for the extra time or new snake blades it took to cut through this clog and no expensive and unnecessary recommendations. I now have a trusted plumber for life."
