We had water coming into the basement through a crack in the foundation. The estimate was to place a drain tile system along one wall of the basement and put in a sump pump to remove the water coming into the basement. "I called Dry Otter because I suspected that my drainage system was not working properly. I was given an appointment within a couple of days. Nick came out and assessed my basement and actually suggested that I try Roto Rooter as a first step. Roto Rooter was not able to reach the entire system, so Dry Otter installed 6 access pipes, replaced my old sump pump, and revised my sump well. All work was completed on time and on budget. The crew was respectful and very competent, and cleaned up after the cement work. I am very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them . <br />"
