"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist with our needs. My phone broke, I couldn’t confirm my appointment, and this guy drove to my home to see if I still needed help. Who the h*** does that! He came into our home, and was totally professional, very educated, and completely easy to communicate with. Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry will definitely be our go to company in the future. Thank you Jeff, job well done, we’ll enjoy our tankless hot water heater for years to come. Stay Great 😊"

"Charles was extremely prompt and helpful from my first question through installation of a new water heater. They were extremely neat and efficient!"

"Both our inside and outside A/C unit was freezing up with ice.  When the ice would thaw, we would get a lot of water in the basement.  We had a different company come out first who told us nothing was wrong.  We then called DiBiase.  Joe came to our house on time as scheduled, found the problem and fixed it.  He was very helpful and got the job done quickly at a reasonable price.  I would definitely recommend them, we will be using them again in the future.

"Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"Good communication, very pleasant, quick service. Don was extremely helpful and easy to work with, even after i picked out the wrong type of replacement water heater and he had to return it! Would use again."
