"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did excellent work. The job was finished when they said they would and left the area clean of debris and ready to use. "Victor and his entire crew are very thorough and professional.  Chris (Project manager) is very knowledgeable and is able to solve seemingly complex challenges on the spot.    While Victor did not provide the lowest bid, he was open to working with us and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.  In fact, we initially picked the wrong deck color and Victor offered to redo the color at a greatly reduced price.  Overall we were very happy with the Mercury Team!  The before/after is quite a dramatic difference.

"Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call.

"The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon.
