He set up an appointment for Tuesday and was there right on time. I had other quotes, but Doug's customer service and quote were the best! I called him on Tuesday afternoon to accept his bid, he said it would be Thursday or Friday to get it installed. He called me on Wednesday afternoon to say it would be Thursday.
