"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"I called on a Sunday and left a message about what i needed. Was called a few hours later and was told estimator could be there in one hour. I had already pulled out the threshold and found the damage so it didn't take him 15 minutes to write up the quote. I was now ready for the insurance adjuster.
