"A-Academy Termite Pest Control responded to my request right away. The customer service is top notch. John arrived at my home on time with a great personality, wearing PPE and ready to go. John got rid of my wasp nest. I give him two thumbs up because after he left, within 10 minutes I called him to let him know I think I saw another nest. He came back....I was soooo happy! John confirmed it was a false alarm, however the fact that he returned and checked the area put me at ease. I highly recommend A-Academy Termite Pest Control."

"The person who came did his job informed us that we have termites. He explained that our contract is not for termites and offered a service that would normally cost about $600 for a reduced price of $300-$400. I found this sales tactic to be extremely unprofessional."

I found Paul at Rid-A-Bug on HomeAdvisor today and he called me back within an hour. He said he could come to my house today to get the job done at a very reasonable price compared to other larger pest control companies. Paul arrived at my house on time, cleaned out the bee hives (which was a fairly risky job), and charged me a reasonable rate with a quality guarantee. He was professional, honest, transparent, and timely. I would recommend him to anyone."
