"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

Had them fix hole in drywall in addition to major work. The did and painted it which wasn’t in contract. We are working on another contract with them to paint a lot more of our house."

"This was our second bathroom remodel by Capstone. The Team did a great job. Their tile work, both in the shower/tub area and on the bathroom floor is fantastic. We had new electrical outlets installed along the vanity and wanted an existing one on the side hall wall removed. Capstone noticed that we did not have an outlet in the hall and suggested moving the existing bathroom outlet down and around to face the hall rather than just not use it. Their thoughtfulness and suggestions set them apart."

"Russell and his crew at Total Renovating did a superb job adding a new full bath and laundry room to our basement. In addition, they replaced our existing flooring with Laminate Vinyl Plank (LVP) throughout our house. As new homeowners of our 20+-year-old home, this was our first big renovation project, and we were nervous. But Russell and Tyron came through from day one. They offered a detailed design session, a thorough walkthrough of what the work would entail, consistent communication on change requests and questions, and prompt remediation of any issues that arose. Also included in this fantastic team are some very hardworking contractors/renovators who arrived on time and accommodated our schedule (we have a one-year-old) but also went the extra mile to work Saturdays to meet our project's timeline. "Frank and his team at Kozan did an absolutely incredible job on my house replumb! We had to replace our 1980s polybutylene pipes as they were finally starting to leak, and knew it would be an invasive job. I had 5 companies come out and quote me - Kozan came in the most reasonable, but that wasn't the only reason I went with them. When Frank was here doing his estimate, he was the only guy who really looked at the pipes, and started putting together a plan; having worked construction myself, this is exactly what I would've done. All the others were in and out with a handshake and a couple pics. Regarding the work, they replumbed the house with minor intrusion, and even took care to cut the drywall stud-to-stud to make my patchwork a bit easier. They did everything they could to keep the water running to all the lines not being worked on, and cleaned everything up every day before they left. All-in-all the job was very well done, and Frank was a true professional. Thanks Frank!"
