"Great! The appointment was scheduled with ease and the technician (Adam) arrived within the projected window. Our under-sink piping had also failed, so we were extremely happy to not only have a successful snaking of our drain but an excellent repair and correction to our under-sink piping. We could not be more pleased with the expertise and application of same. The price was very fair for the work performed: snaking the branch line, replacing drain piping under the sink, and replacing the under sink trap.. We would use PipE Doctor again in a heartbeat. We are thrilled to have found a contractor with exceptional expertise. We highly recommend Pipe Doctor in general and Adam in particular."

"I contacted Mr. Jackson and he promptly responded to my residence to assess the condition of my old water heater that stopped working. Mr. Jackson took the time to explain to me in detail, my options to repair my current water heater or purchase a new water heater. I decided to replace my old water heater with a professional grade water heater Mr. Jackson had recommended. Mr. Jackson procured my new water heater on Columbus Day and installed it the same day in compliance with local codes for water heaters. Mr. Jackson followed up with me via telephone to make sure my new water heater was functioning to my satisfaction. My response was indeed it is! Mr. Jackson was a true professional and took his time to ensure my installation was performed correctly, a job well done."

"We recently had the pleasure of Jonathan's service to replace our kitchen and bathroom faucets. Jonathan's work was exceptional - he worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the installations were done with precision. Not only did he complete the job promptly, but he also cleaned up thoroughly after himself, leaving no mess behind. What truly stood out was Jonathan's excellent customer service; he was friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire process. We are highly satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend Jonathan for any plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!"

"the job is great. The install was on time and the work is great"

"Process was excellent from start to finish. The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company."

"The service was exceptional, came out on a Saturday and fixed the faucet quickly, and I didn't have any issues after the service."

"A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"Ahmed is a wonderful, experienced and attentive plumbing genius. When he sees a job that he feels the homeowner can do very easily without him, he shows the homeowner precisely how to do it, going as far as to remove fixtures to show how it is done, thus saving the homeowner money and proving that Ahmed is both credible and honest. I will DEFINITELY hire him again for my next plumbing job."

"Our experience with stone Depot was perfect. Not only are they excellent at their craft, but they are all excellent people. From the beginning, Nick the owner was patient with us and made thoughtful suggestions when we were going back and forth on design. His quote was fair, his timing was impeccable, and his whole team has been nothing but professional. Huge kudos to Nick, Lucy, his son Alex, and Junior for giving us our dream kitchen! We are so happy to have worked with them and to get to know all of them through the process. I would recommend them 100 times over"
