"I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

"I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"We love our new Installer Jake from Pure Temp Heating & Cooling and our new AC & Heating System he installed that can be adjusted through the Phone APP. Jake was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would do. Thanks Jake, for Your Home Services and your Service in the Military."

"Outstanding work! Great price, my new furnace works like a charm. The installers were very knowledgable and did a great job."

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Palmer Gas & Oil just did an entire replacement of the 20-year-old central HVAC + humidifier + thermostats two-zone system in my home with a new state-of-the-art total system and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish each employee was personable, extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and the consummate professional. There is truth to the adage that you get what you pay for and I know I got the best. All Gold Stars!"

"The young man that came was professional and courteous and well-informed. He installed the toilet that we'd purchased after making recommendations. It only took him about two hours! Took care of everything. Very impressed with him."

"Work was done on time very nice job will call back in future to install unit on phase two of project would recommend to others great job Keenan"

"Craig was absolutely wonderful! I am extremely satisfied with the job he did for us. We live out of state and communication via text and phone was professional and prompt. The job was completed in the time frame given and my new a/c is fantastic. You will be in good hands with Freedom Air Mechanical. I will use them for all my future a/c needs."

"Hometown was able to fit me into their schedule on a short notice, come in and service my two furnaces (multi family), and did so at a price point that was fair. Jordan, the owner, was the one who came out to perform the routine service, and spent the time to answer my questions and show me specifics about my furnace and water heater, which I appreciate. Looking forward to working with them again."
