Even with all the rain days they completed the project completely on time, they even came on weekends to make up for the rain days, that’s unheard of these days. They cleaned everything up after a long days work too, they are very neat. We are so happy with our build and are looking forward to another project with them. "We worked with Prudential at the beginning of the year and they did such a great job that we decided to work with them again and boy did we go all out. We took the leap, got a home equity loan and did everything we wanted to do from siding to decking to even closet work. We could not be more pleased if we tried. I did get other quotes in the beginning, but you would not believe the number of contractors that do not respond to calls or emails. "We were really pleased with DiOrio's work. We needed a storage platform built in our attic to make room for new insulation. We were concerned a carpenter wouldn't take such a small job so also decided to ask to replace some damaged siding we had here and there around the house. I called DiOrio, and they agreed to come out that week. I had assumed I'd have to make a lot of calls to get someone to come out in the timeframe we needed, so was really happy there. DiOrio was upfront that taking off siding could reveal some underlying damage to the house, which happened to be the case for us. The job went from a $3K estimate to an actual cost of $12K given the extent of the damage. While the cost increase was overwhelming, DiOrio seemed to really know what they were doing. Everything appeared to be done in a high-quality and detailed way, and they communicated with us throughout the process. They were also able to finish the work in a timely way and not keep us hanging on for weeks or months. We're planning to have them back in the spring to check for damage under some additional areas of siding."

Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. "I had a very large deck (>800 sqft) redone and I'm very pleased with the end result. It is sturdy and looks great. My biggest complaint would be about inconsistent communication, which wouldn't have been such a big deal had the project not taken 3 months. Shortages of pressure-treated wood played a major role in the delay in the project, but on more than one occasion a whole week would go by without seeing or hearing from anyone. This is an unusual time because of c-19 so maybe I just got a little unlucky. In any case, I got a great deck at a great price, and even with the delays etc, I would hire them again."
