"They sent a brand new kid that had no clue. He broke a valve and spent the rest of his time on the phone with the owner getting directions. He couldn't figure it out, so they sent someone else to perform the service and replace the valve they broke. Then they tried to bill me for everything for $339. I pointed out that I want responsible for costs associated with the valve they broke and admitted to breaking.
