Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is."

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. "The Paul the plumber team was really great. I needed a whole AC replacement, air handler and compressor/ heat exchanger. From quote to install was under a week! This all happened during those crazy hot 95+ degree days so it was urgent. The only issue I had was the air handler was installed backwards. The team had to come out a 3 rd day to make it right. But they did and no harm no foul. The price was right and the quality and craftsmanship looks really good. I definitely recommend Paul the Plumber."
