They had to build the room, install new plumbing, attach to the HVAC, frame and install the door, tile, paint, install all the fixtures, sink, toilet, handicap bars, and build outside stairs They did an excellent job. All their work was great, Dennis was always here when he said he would be and called back promptly when I had questions. His team was very nice and neat. I am very happy I chose Dennis for the job. We've wanted to finish our attic and make an office for quite a while, and had a few false starts. I went to Angi's, quite honestly, out of desperation. "Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."
