"Dennis and his crew put an addition on our house for my parents. We had a bathroom, bedroom, living room with a sink and cabinets, laundry room and pantry added on. They refinished our garage, added sliders to our existing deck from the addition, extended the roof to cover half the deck and put up new siding on the house. Dennis was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. He treated us as if he were doing this for his family. Dennis used amazing sub contractors for HVAC, plumbing and electrical. "They always came on time everyday and the work was completed exactly as the time frame they estimated. The bathroom came out amazing, some little details did not come out as expect due to the building structure, that is understandable. Overall, everything came out exactly we have planted out and Harry always put the customer needs first. I changed the design I want in the middle of renovation, he did not give any excuses, and just go ahead and adjust the plan to my needs."

"Work was fantastic. Response time was immediate. They came to house to give quote I accepted and they began work immediately finished the job in one day and just needed to stop in 2 consecutive days in the morning to finalize as the patch work needed to dry. Repair was a 4’ tall by 3’ wide upside down T shape draywall removed due to leaking plumbing. Wall had curve and needed to match perfectly for trim to fit back on and not show the lines of new drywall. Wall looks as good as new and no repair can be seen after painting. Could not be happier with the entire experience."

"Very well. Mark is extremely responsive. I had a clear vision of what I wanted to do and Mark was able to get me to a great plan with about three iterations of the plans. Also Mark's plans were approved without revision by the building department which is not easy to do where we were building."
