"We contracted twice with Lincambri Painting recently for interior painting in preparation for putting our home on the market. The first time was to paint our kitchen, family room, and stairway/foyer/upper landing combo. A short time later they came out to paint our living room and master bedroom. Each case involved wallpaper removal as well as painting the walls, ceiling and trim. Howard, the owner, was very professional and personable throughout the process, and offered helpful suggestions in terms of finish type and where removal of the old wallpaper made sense in terms of our resale objectives. Quotes for both jobs were complete and provided quickly. On both occasions Howard's team arrived on time and fully prepared. They did a very good job of wall prep and painting, and completed the work expeditiously and without undue disruption for my wife or myself. They cleaned up and replaced the furniture as expected. Both times Howard and his son were present and assisted to make sure our painting needs (color, finish, hole repairs) and furniture movement/protection and replacement were done right. For the second visit, Howard agreed to replace and repaint a section of the stairwell drywall when it became evident after the first paint job that the pre-existing drywall condition resulted in some visible waves. He did that for a nominal additional charge. My wife and I were very happy with the work Lincambri Painting did for us and would definitely recommend them. In fact, we plan to have them back to do some exterior work when the weather warms up a bit."

"The odds were against A+ Professional Painting Services when Derek DeVivo showed up to our house to quote the work that we needed done.  After getting burned by a painting service that we believed was capable of doing the job in the first place we questioned our ability to make decisions and were skeptical of every contractor that came to quote the work we needed to get our house back in shape.  Furthermore, whomever was awarded our job was doomed to work ?under a microscope? ? our reaction to the circumstances that got us into the position we were already in. It?s not easy for a contractor to work for detail oriented people and having to work for detail oriented people who?ve been burned is about as hard as it gets. 
When he arrived to estimate our job Derek carefully looked over every room and listened while we strayed into angry conversation about what the other painter did to our house.  He was sympathetic and professional in his approach and that immediately won us over.  In fact, after meeting with him we were so confident that he would rescue us from the mess we were in that we had mentally hired him, so it was a very long week for us while we waited for his quote.  While we waited we worried that Derek?s quote would be too high or that he?d decide to pass on our job.  After all, Derek is smart, perceptive, and has a good business sense (we saw that in him the day he came out to estimate our job).  Why would he, or any other thriving painting contractor take a job in which the homeowner is likely going to be questioning everything he did, watching over his shoulder every step of the way?
While we don?t know exactly what compelled Derek to take our job, we do know that he didn?t back down from the challenge and we?re forever grateful for that.
Derek and Brad showed up on the agreed upon date, on time, and ready to work.  The job consisted of repairing damage to the walls caused by wallpaper removal (quite a bit of it), significant damage to the walls/ceilings caused by the previous contractor?s attempts to repair them, skim coating, patching, prepping moldings for paint, and painting ceilings, trim, and doors in approximately 2/3 of our house.  They were organized and systematic in their approach to the job and took measures to protect our floors and furniture.  While you might expect these things from a painting contractor I can tell you from firsthand experience that these are not things to take for granted.  Derek and Brad were able to do what a team of five painters couldn?t do before them AND without making a mess or leaving one thing out of place when they were done!
Both men worked together on small sections of our house at a time so as to minimize the inconvenience to us.  They asked where they could stage their equipment each time they moved to a different section of the house and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. On a day that we were home while they were working we didn?t hear a radio blaring throughout the house, didn?t hear offensive language from them, and didn?t witness them leaving our house to go to another job or out on
estimates.  We just listened as they worked cooperatively, focused on the task at hand and answered any questions they had along the way.  It was EXACTLY the kind of experience you expect to have when you hire someone to work in your home.
 As you might have guessed we went over their work with a fine tooth comb every night after they were done.   What we learned while doing this was that Derek and Brad had a great eye for detail and were making strides in fixing the mess that was left for them.  Still, just by the sheer scope of what there was to do, there were things that they either hadn?t noticed or hadn?t gotten to that we wanted brought to their attention.  And although we had every right as paying customers to bring these things up we were nervous that we would say too much or push too far and that Derek and Brad would leave our job undone
like the previous contractor had.  Nonetheless (almost) every day (again, because of the sheer number of repairs that needed to be made) we presented Derek with a list of things that we wanted to see addressed.    
And every day Derek and Brad took care of these things and then some without complaint.  They just stepped up and did the work.  A lesser person might have taken these lists as criticism of his work but Derek knew better than that, and if he didn?t, he certainly conducted himself in a manner that indicated otherwise.  A true professional through-and-through.

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Dennis and his team were so polite, professional, and accommodating. Our windows were in very bad shape and they made them look like new again. Also, they worked around our babies nap schedule and made sure not to paint with any chemicals in baby’s room before nap time without us even asking. "Ricardo and his crew did an overall good job with my floor project. What I needed done was sanding and staining about 1200 sf of a wood floor (about 500 sf was an old floor, 700 sf was a brand new unstained floor, and a 14 step staircase). A challenge on the old floor was areas where repair were needed; some places there were holes that needed to be repaired, plus the staircase had already been shellacked by my general contractor, and I needed ricardo to strip the shellac (i think it was done by hand) and restain it. They did a fine job sanding, staining, and polyurethaning with bona mega. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for bona HD traffic but I didn't know to ask. The good things that Ricardo did: -helped me pick out a stain that I to this day really love. -recommended bona water based, and bona floor care products. -kept in good communication before the job -showed up on time -did a good job with the floor repairs -"saved" my staircase; which my GC screwed up by shellacking without asking me about staining. Ricardo's crew sanded the shellac off by hand, and did a very nice job staining it to what I wanted. -got the job done quickly, 2 and 1/2 days. -gave me some good floor care advice what did not go well, and I wasn't happy with: -an innocent mistake, but his guys left two large bags of floor sawdust from sanding on my balcony. they forgot to clean it up after they were done, and I had to haul it myself. -Ricardo never gave me my final invoice and warranty info like he promised numerous times. After the 4th attempt I just gave up trying. -never followed up with me after I expressed concerns that maybe the floor wasn't as shiny (I asked for semi-gloss) as I thought semi gloss was supposed to be. many people that have come by say the floor's really satin, not semi gloss. to this day I can't really tell. the lack of follow up after the job was done, to this day, still annoys me. I think overall the floor was done well though, but after a year and a half of experiencing it; I've convinced myself that it is probably OK. -a little sloppy on some parts of the staining job. I saw various areas where stain got onto my wall or fairly high up on the baseboards. -would have been nice if Ricardo advised me to wipe down the walls afterward; i realized many months later that the walls had a thin layer of sanding dust. Didn't realize this for a while. Overall a good job, and I think I would hire him again, but with some hesitation."

"We had purchased a de-humidifcation system for our basement through Frank Petrullo a few years ago.  Once installed, gone were the days of having to constantly empty the bucket from our old stand alone unit.  The new system was operating without a hitch until suddenly, it ceased functioning.  We called Eco Green and explained the problem.  Frank made sure that a service appointment was scheduled promptly.  We didn't have to wait around for the technician to arrive as he came to our home as scheduled.  The problem was identified - the culprit was our cat, who had taken a liking to the  tubing and had managed to damage the system.  There was little doubt in the technician's mind as to what had happened since our cat was kind enough to attack the unit in his presence! 
The Eco Green technician devised a solution to protect the unit from our cat allowing our unit to resume functioning and keeping our basement dry.

"Alan contacted me via email and requested pictures of my house.  He gave me two dates to choose from and I confirmed both worked with my schedule.  They arrive in the a.m. as requested only asked to use the water.  Took their time and work was completed in about hour.  I was use their service on another job.

"Luiz and his worker, Ruben, arrived within five minutes of the appointed time. They worked all day on the two bathrooms. Luiz asked if he could re-grout the entire floor because it would look better than just doing sections. He also asked if it were okay that they stay until 5 or 5:30. They worked steadily all day and finished right at 5:30. Luiz had ended up re-grouting large sections of the tile walls and the bathroom floor. When I asked what I owed, he stuck to the original estimate. He said he just wanted the work to be done really well.
