Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. "Barb and her team were very helpful, professional and efficient. They cleaned the roof, porch, the deck and stonework around the house. The result was excellent, - we had moss growing all over the place and after the team did the cleaning the roof and all other surfaces look as good as new! "This review is long overdue. I contacted Sealpro Mahwah because I have seen their work in several driveways in the neighborhood. I can literally see why they are recommended. Their work looked very good on every driveway that i saw. I contacted the business and response time was very good. I spoke w Lou and he was upfront, honest and very nice. We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. I admit the quote was not the lowest of the three bids I received from companies BUT Lou seemed the most upfront of what we could expect. "Any time I use a new contractor or service I am concerned and a bit skeptical, and ask many questions. In the case of Mighty Wash (MW), they took a different approach than the other competing contractors and the result was excellent. The others would have washed the house using traditional high powered pressure washing and deploy ladders. MW did not use ladders, rather, they first sprayed the house & fence with a cleanser (that did not harm the grass), and then used a light spray. The result was a very clean home & fence done quicker and safer. Regarding the deck, instead of rollers they sprayed the paint on which resulted in an even coat that dried quickly. They were careful to cover the house with paper so the siding did not get accidentally painted. I was very satisfied with both jobs and would certainly use them again in the future. Finally, Makensy and his son were very patient and thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Thumbs up!"

"We used Gentle Giant to soft wash our home and patio. They did a tremendous job!! the house looks great and the patio looks like new! Habari and his crew were on time, courteous and professional. They moved all of out patio and porch furniture to protect it and they even moved my flowers and planters in the front of the house so they would not get damaged. In addition they cleaned our foundation which was not part of the original estimate at no extra charge. I would use Habari again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for power wash or soft wash services."
