"They called within 5 minutes of me looking on Home Advisor and made the appointment for Sunday morning between 8 AM and 10 AM. The Service Tech Zac called me at 7:50 AM and said he would be at our house in 10 minutes. At 8 AM Zac was here, looked at the broken cable, gave me three different price quotes for the repair. I took the band-aid quote just to fix/replace the broken cable. He replaced 2 cables, one on each side and adjusted the door. The job was completed, the bill was paid and Zac left by 9 or 9:15 AM. I spoke with the owner afterward and told him everything went well and the job was well done by Zac. If you are ever stuck and need your garage door repaired look them up and give them a chance. "BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”.
