"I thought I'd get through the winter before reviewing. Drive is already beginning to crack. Edges are terrible. On a business call when they dug 4" to add a pull off. I watched them pull our streetlamp wire out of the ground about 3'. The light no longer works. When telling Noel, he insisted they did nothing to the light. I watched them do it! Then they spread the dirt and rock across the front yard, causing even more work for me. Noel stated multiple times they put grass seed in when spreading. Not so!. Also stood at the front window and watched him and one of the crew yelling at each, then get physical into the garage. The asphalt looked terrible when finished and I asked why it wasn't sealed. He then said it wasn't included but would return to seal, which he did. Drive looks decent but not as expected. Wish I could give a better review. With the damage to the streetlamp and yard, it probably should even be 2."

"I hired this company to build a new deck in the beginning of July. It is now the middle of September and my deck is still not finished. While the time frame is not completely their fault due to material delivery they wouldn’t show up for days at a time when material was available to work with. There were times they would show up and only stay for a couple hours. The whole process was a nightmare. Their lack of quality shows in all areas of the deck. I drafted the plans myself and they were approved by the building department. I provided them with copies of the plans. They messed up 4 of the 5 concrete piers because they measured them wrong. Instead of redoing them. They poured square pads over them that were only poured on the surface for three of them. One of the outside piers was supposed to be 10 inches. They messed up the measurement then poured a 16 inch pier over it that is approximately 1.5 ft above ground. They also cut a sprinkler line that went through the pier instead of pouring over it like I explained to them. I had to replace one piece of siding that met with the deck. I bought matching siding to replace it. The workers broke the siding while moving it. They bought new siding that was cheaper and did not match the existing siding. They additional broke off another small piece of siding that was not fixed. They left material all throughout my yard for weeks, leading to my grass dying and my sprinklers unable to work because they were covered up. Nails and screws were everywhere until I picked them up. The posts were cut short for the railing, so they nailed pieces of extensions on top of the posts. They messed up fastener spots for the rails leaving holes in the railing. They originally used screws for the framing. They had to be replaced with nails even telling them before they started nails had to be used and it was in the plans from the building department as well. They used facia board for the steps until I explained to them what the facia boards were for. Leading me to be short on facia boards for the rest of the deck. They also started the deck flooring using a facia board, realized the mistake and replaced. But at that point the facia board could not be used elsewhere as it was notched for posts. I bought flashing for the ledger that was never used. When I questioned them about it he stated the siding and ledger were already put on. The quality of work was below average at best. They cut corners and I found it very concerning I had to explain to them parts of building a deck."

Highly recommend. I'll need my driveway replaced in a few years and will be calling them back."

"I called Wes about a landscaping project on Thursday and explained what I had in mind. He suggested a day and time (Saturday at noon) and I accepted. I gave him my phone number and location. Wes asked me to repeat the address so he got it correct. Saturday is busy for most people so we rearranged things to make sure we were ready when Wes arrived. I typed a detailed list so it would be easier for Wes to understand the project. We got ready a little early Saturday and we waited. Noon arrived and some time later I called to see if Wes was on the way. I called his cell phone, but there was no answer so I assumed he was on his way. After another half hour passed, waiting and looking out the window, I wondered if he had an accident or something so I called again - still no answer. He never did show up, no call, nothing. New business is important to a company and an estimate is the first step. If someone doesn't show up for an estimate, how reliable will they be on the job? Makes you wonder."
