I have an older home with clay a sewer line going from my house to the street, and with a large tree in the yard I need to have someone auger out the line at the very least every 18 months to clear out the tree roots that get into the hubs (connections). It was around 10:30pm on Sunday night, Robert called me at 10:45pm & scheduled a time for the next morning. Robert did an excellent job, was very friendly & professional. He showed up on time, took care of the plugged sewer main, and ran the snake back and fourth a few extra times to make sure that there would be no problems in the near future. I will be hiring Robert to come back to Hydro-Jet the main to further clean, & rinse the main from any dirt, sludge, etc. that remains in the sewer, So I can rest easier knowing that I shouldn't go downstairs to find a backup. I wanted to add one more thing, and that is there are a few crooked Drain cleaners in town that will tell their customers they have a crack, break, or collapse in their main, and that it needs to be excavated and repaired with PVC, which will cost several thousands of dollars. Robert did not try to pull that nonsense with me, and I appreciate his honesty, it is very much like an Auto Mechanic telling their customers that they need to repair/replace something on their car that doesn't need it."
