So I phoned Jesse Raynor in the morning, he arrived in the afternoon, found the problematic vent pipe and fixed it as quickly as all the snow would allow. Unlike a previous contractor who had merely caulked the pipe, Mr Raynor replaced it with a new pipe. Thus the leak was finally stopped; and the new vent pipe is also an aesthetic improvement over the old damaged one. Nicely, tastefully executed work."

They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters.
